Review the exact specifications, quantities, currency, included accessories and exclusions. Ask how warranty or after-sales arrangements apply at the destination. If an equivalent product is proposed, approve it against the intended application before accepting the order. Keep the final BOM and accepted quotation together so that the receiving team can check the supplied goods against the same references.
Can different categories be included in one enquiry?
Yes. A mixed list can include materials and devices from several categories. Keep each requirement on its own line and flag any priorities or separate purchasing phases. Consolidation, partial supply and delivery arrangements need to be discussed and agreed for the specific order.
