Do you handle local UAE enquiries?
Yes. We supply locally in the UAE as well as focusing on export enquiries. Include your delivery location when requesting a quotation.
Which export markets can I enquire about?
Ethiopia is a key focus of our business. We also welcome export enquiries from Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda. Supply and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each order.
Can I combine different categories in one order enquiry?
Yes. Send a single itemised list, with a separate line for each product, quantity and specification. We will review the requirements across our trading categories.
What is a BOM?
A bill of materials, or BOM, is an itemised list of the materials or products required. For a quotation, include descriptions, quantities, units, specifications and any model references.
How do I share my BOM?
You can share your item list directly on WhatsApp. The website form accepts PDF, Excel and CSV attachments up to 8 MB and sends your enquiry and BOM to info@aamatrading.com.
Are prices or minimum order quantities published?
Prices, available quantities, minimum order requirements and lead times are confirmed for each enquiry. Share your quantity and specification to receive a relevant response.
Can I request a particular brand or model?
Yes. Include the manufacturer and model reference, and indicate whether you would consider alternatives. Availability is checked during the quotation process.
Do you provide installation and after-sales support?
Any installation, configuration, warranty or after-sales arrangements need to be confirmed for the specific products and destination. Ask for these requirements to be included when you enquire.
