3. Enquiries are not confirmed orders
Submitting a form, uploading a bill of materials (BOM), or contacting us by email or WhatsApp is a request for discussion or quotation. It does not create a confirmed order or reserve stock. An automated submission confirmation confirms receipt of the enquiry only. An order requires written agreement on its products, specifications, quantities, price and other commercial terms.
