2. Information we collect
When you request a quotation, we collect your name, destination country, email address and requirements, plus any company name, phone number and attachment you choose to provide. A BOM may include specifications, quantities and contact details contained within the file. Our hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and security events when you visit.
3. How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, clarify requirements, prepare quotations, discuss supply or export arrangements and maintain relevant business correspondence. Technical information supports website operation, security and prevention of abuse. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before an agreement, perform an agreement, comply with legal obligations, or rely on consent where required. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
4. Your BOM and attachments
The quotation form accepts PDF, Excel (.xlsx or .xls) and CSV files up to 8 MB. Enquiries and attachments are emailed to info@aamatrading.com. Files are processed temporarily by the web server for sending and are not deliberately published in a public download directory. Copies can remain in business email, related records and service backups. Only include information needed for sourcing; remove passwords, identity documents and unrelated personal or sensitive information. If a file contains another person’s details, make sure you are authorised to share them.
5. Service providers and sharing
Hostinger provides our website hosting and email services and processes information needed to deliver those services. Relevant requirements may be shared with suppliers or logistics providers where necessary to prepare a quotation or fulfil an agreed order; personal information should be limited to what is needed. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish or protect legal rights. We do not sell enquiry information.
6. Cookies, fonts and external links
The enquiry service uses a secure session cookie to protect form submissions. Hosting and security services may use necessary cookies to operate and protect the website. The current website does not include advertising pixels or a newsletter tracking system. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google and may transmit technical request information, including your IP address. Clicking a WhatsApp link opens a separate service governed by its own privacy policy. You can control cookies in your browser, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent the form from working.
7. Storage, international processing and retention
Service providers and export-related counterparties may process information outside the UAE. Where applicable, transfers must be handled using the safeguards required by law. We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the request, related transactions, record-keeping obligations or legal claims. Retention can differ for email, transaction records, security logs and backups. Contact us to request deletion or information about retention for your particular enquiry.
8. Security
We use HTTPS for website access, encrypted connections for outgoing enquiry email, server-side validation and controls to limit form abuse. Mailbox credentials are stored outside the public website directory. No internet service or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending highly sensitive information through the quotation form.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request information about processing, access to or a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing already lawfully carried out. Requests may be subject to legal exceptions and proportionate identity checks. 10. Children and updates
This website is intended for business sourcing enquiries and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us.
