The short answer
A useful LED-strip quotation includes the strip, approved power supply, controls, profiles, diffusers and connectors required for the installation. Ethiopian buyers should provide the project schedule and identify each run. Ask the installer to approve the complete proposed system rather than purchasing by strip length alone.
What to include in your quotation request

Separate metres from complete runs
A total strip length does not explain how the installation is divided. Give each proposed run a reference and let the installer define the components needed for it. Identify which runs share the same appearance and control requirements. If the design is still being developed, label the quotation as preliminary. Avoid treating an early length estimate as an approved shopping list for a finished system.
Make accessories visible in the price
Ask whether the proposed offer includes profiles, diffusers, end caps, connectors and mounting components. Keep these items on identifiable lines even when they are sold as a package. A lower per-metre price may exclude parts included elsewhere. Request exact references for alternative components and send the combination for technical review. Do not substitute a power supply or controller solely because its physical appearance is similar.
Approve a sample installation where appropriate
For appearance-sensitive interiors, agree how the light effect and visible profile will be reviewed before a larger order. Record the approved references and the aspects covered by the approval. Use that record when requesting a repeat batch. For UAE sourcing to Ethiopia, add the destination, timing and proposed packing scope so the supplier can review the actual enquiry rather than only a product photograph.
