Record which features are essential and where you can consider alternatives.
Review installation requirements with the project team
Provide the information needed by the responsible installer to assess mounting, suspension and the electrical arrangement. This procurement guide does not select support methods or installation details. Ask which ceiling components and other accessories belong in the supply package. Keep light sources and controls explicit in the quote. A decorative product price should not be assumed to include installation or commissioning unless the offer states that scope.
Plan for component checks on receipt
Decorative fittings may arrive as multiple components. Ask for a packing or component list that makes receiving checks practical. Discuss protection for fragile or finish-sensitive parts and agree the discrepancy-reporting process. Where several matching fittings are required, keep the approved finish and model references consistent. Tell the supplier the Ethiopian destination and timing, including whether the order depends on a sample or final interior approval.
