The short answer
For a repeat order, send the previously accepted product references and state what must remain the same. Ask the UAE supplier to confirm the current offered products, quantities, availability and terms. Ethiopian buyers should review changes explicitly instead of assuming an earlier quotation still applies.

Keep an approved-item record
After a successful purchase, retain the actual supplied references and the acceptance records that matter to your business. Include configuration or finish details that a broad product name would miss. A photograph can be useful but should not be the only record. For mixed-category orders, keep each item identifiable so a future request does not depend on finding a remembered product in an old chat.
Treat the new offer as a new review
Ask whether the previously supplied item is the product currently being offered. If a model, finish, package or condition changes, make the difference explicit and obtain the appropriate approval. Do not assume a replacement model is equivalent because the supplier describes it as an update. Compare the current warranty and contents as well as the price. Retain the accepted new revision with the repeat-order record.
Confirm timing and delivery scope again
State the current Ethiopian destination, quantity and required timing. Ask the supplier to confirm availability, quotation validity and the agreed handover arrangement. A previous shipment does not automatically establish the scope of the next one. Where several branches or projects are involved, identify the allocation.
