The short answer
Specify whether you need blank display hardware, printed graphics or a complete finished display. Include approved dimensions, quantities, assembly contents and packing needs. Ethiopian buyers should ask UAE suppliers to separate these scopes so prices can be compared fairly.

Separate hardware from the printed element
A display quotation can mean a frame, a graphic or both. State the required scope at the start of the enquiry. Ask the supplier to list the contents and identify exclusions. If graphics are requested, keep the artwork approval process distinct from approval of the stand itself. A business may approve the visual design while still needing to confirm the physical dimensions and supplied hardware.
Check the complete assembled product
Provide the approved dimensions and intended use so the responsible buyer can review the proposed item. Ask which bases, supports or cases are included and what assembly information is supplied. Do not infer package contents from a promotional image. For multiple locations, state the allocation and any packing-label requirements. Review one complete package before multiplying the order across branches or an event programme.
Build approval time into the enquiry
Identify the date by which product and artwork decisions must be made, as well as the required delivery timing. Ask the supplier to state the assumptions behind the proposed lead time. Include the Ethiopian destination and agreed delivery scope. Keep final references and approval records with the quotation, and confirm whether installation or on-site assembly is included rather than assuming it follows from a complete-display price.
