Compare offers only after reconciling pack sizes, finishes and quantities.

Do not confuse measured area with purchase quantity
Ask the installer to determine the amount needed for the actual layout. Record whether the quantity already includes the approved allowance. If the supplier sells full packs, ask the quotation to show how the pack count relates to your requested total. This makes comparisons more reliable than looking only at a headline price per area. Keep maintenance spares separate when the business wants them retained after installation.
Record the complete finish approval
Keep product reference, dimensions, finish and sample decision together. If neighbouring rooms must match, identify the group and ask how the proposed supply addresses that requirement. Do not assume that a later order will match an earlier batch without checking. Ask the project professional to approve alternatives, including any changed accessory requirements. A similar photograph is not a complete basis for accepting a substitute floor finish.
Clarify accessories and handling
List the installation accessories specified by the project team and ask which are included in the offer. Keep supply separate from installation services unless explicitly agreed. Discuss package protection, receiving counts and any storage information needed for the product. Include the Ethiopian destination and required timing in the UAE enquiry. Retain the final approved reference and pack details for receiving checks and later maintenance orders.
